A Coffee and Chocolate Experience

Green Earth Coffee Roasters imports specialty coffee beans from around the world and roasts them in small batches on site. Our priority is to source the highest quality coffee beans possible; we buy Fair Trade and organic coffee whenever possible. Our highly-trained baristas hand-craft every espresso, latte or mocha using time-honored techniques.  

Through a new partnership with Chocxo Bean to Bar Chocolatier, Green Earth Coffee Roasters is now your source for locally micro-roasted coffee and freshly made bean-to-bar chocolate. What Green Earth Coffee Roasters is for coffee, Chocxo is for chocolate. Chocxo’s mission is to produce the world’s best chocolate using the finest beans plus the most technologically advanced equipment. 

Our new menu includes artisan hot chocolates, mochas made with freshly roasted chocolate, new frappes and the addition of fresh-baked pastries, cookies and a fondue bar.

It's truly the ultimate coffee and chocolate experience.

Led by master coffee roaster, Tim Higgins, the Green Earth Coffee team scours the globe to find the most interesting, flavorful and complex coffee beans.   The green beans are then roasted to their highest potential on-site in Green Earth's Lake Forest location.  

From Monsoon Malabar to Panamanian, Green Earth Coffee Roasters prides itself on unique single orgin beans and delicious blends. 

 

In-store, you'll always find a light and dark roast of the day. Ask your Barista about the flavor profiles of each daily selection.

Chocxo Bean to Bar Chocolatier is the brainchild of Richard Foley, a third generation chocolate guy. Richard literally bleeds chocolate. For the past 30 years, Richard has immersed himself in the chocolate industry. From distribution to manufacturing, he's done it all. 

However, one dream has remained constant---to create the very best chocolate from the very best ingredients using the very best processes.
